1. Local Data
AceHand stores game preferences, up to 50 recent poker hands, and limited diagnostic records locally on your device.
This information is used to restore settings, review previous hands, and troubleshoot technical issues. These records are not automatically uploaded to servers operated by us.
Device backups may depend on your Apple and system backup settings. AceHand does not provide its own cloud synchronization service.
2. Game Center and Multiplayer
AceHand uses Apple Game Center for multiplayer gameplay and friend invitations.
When necessary for functionality and permitted by applicable permissions, the app may access Game Center player identifiers, display names, avatars, friends, and recently played players.
This information is used to identify player seats, display player information, and send multiplayer invitations.
Player information and game state necessary for multiplayer sessions are transmitted between participating devices through Game Center.
Other participants may see player details and public game information displayed during gameplay.
AceHand does not provide your Apple Account password to other players.
Apple's processing of information through Game Center is governed by Apple's own privacy policy and applicable service terms. You can manage your Game Center account and relevant permissions through your device settings.
Single-player mode does not require Game Center sign-in.
3. Diagnostics and Support
AceHand may store limited troubleshooting information locally, including application version, device model, operating system version, connection status, and event timestamps.
Diagnostic logs are not automatically transmitted to us. Recipients receive diagnostic information only when you voluntarily choose to share or send it.
If you contact customer support, we may process your reply email address, issue description, and any attachments you voluntarily provide.
This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and resolve the reported issue. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or unrelated personal information.
Support communications are retained for up to 12 months after the last interaction, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
4. Advertising, Tracking, and Sharing
The current version of AceHand does not integrate advertising SDKs, third-party behavioral analytics SDKs, or advertising tracking SDKs.
We do not sell personal data or use the information described in this policy for cross-app advertising tracking.
Apart from providing Game Center multiplayer functionality, processing support requests initiated by you, and disclosures required by applicable law, we do not disclose your personal information to other organizations.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Recent poker hand records are automatically replaced when the local storage limit is reached. Diagnostic records are maintained in bounded local storage.
Deleting AceHand normally removes its local application data from your device.
Information retained in system backups or Apple services must be managed through the relevant services and settings.
Deleting AceHand does not automatically delete game records already stored on other multiplayer participants' devices.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You may choose not to grant friend-related permissions or not to use multiplayer features. You may stop providing support information at any time.

Certain information may need to be retained where required by applicable law.
7. Age Eligibility
AceHand contains simulated gambling content and is not directed at children. Eligibility to use the app depends on applicable local requirements and its App Store age rating.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
Material changes to how information is used will be explained, and consent will be obtained where required by applicable law.
