Welcome to PowerZoo. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the PowerZoo mobile application ("PowerZoo", the "App") provided by Sun Wave Consultant LLC ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using PowerZoo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
PowerZoo is a virtual pet experience that uses information available from your device, including battery level and charging status, to influence the behavior, appearance, dialogue, and activities of virtual pets.
You must be legally permitted to use the App under the laws applicable to you. If you are under the age required to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, you should use PowerZoo only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Subject to these Terms, Sun Wave Consultant LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use PowerZoo for personal, non-commercial purposes.

PowerZoo may use device information made available through Apple's operating system APIs, including battery level and charging status, to provide interactive features.
Battery information displayed or interpreted by PowerZoo is intended for entertainment and informational purposes only. PowerZoo is not intended to provide diagnostic information about your device or battery.
Virtual pets, animations, dialogue, personalities, artwork, and other digital content within PowerZoo are part of the App experience.
Features, characters, animations, behaviors, and other content may be added, modified, or removed as PowerZoo evolves.
You agree not to misuse PowerZoo, attempt to disrupt its operation, bypass security mechanisms, or use the App for unlawful purposes.
PowerZoo may offer optional paid features, digital content, subscriptions, or in-app purchases in the future.
Purchases made through Apple's App Store are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable payment, subscription, cancellation, and refund policies.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of information associated with PowerZoo is described in our Privacy Policy.
If PowerZoo offers notifications, you may choose whether to allow them. Notification permissions can be changed through your device settings.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of PowerZoo from time to time. We do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available or function on every device or operating system version.
PowerZoo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device configuration.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sun Wave Consultant LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use PowerZoo.
PowerZoo, including its software, visual design, characters, artwork, animations, text, logos, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Sun Wave Consultant LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
Continued use of PowerZoo after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
You may stop using PowerZoo at any time by deleting the App. We may suspend or terminate access to the App where necessary to protect PowerZoo, its users, or comply with applicable law.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
