Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of AceHand, provided by Sun Wave Consultant LLC. By using AceHand, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

AceHand is an entertainment poker game using virtual chips. It does not offer real-money gambling, deposits, chip purchases, cash withdrawals, or chip redemption. Virtual chips have no real-world monetary value.

1. Entertainment Only

AceHand is designed solely for entertainment. Virtual chips and game outcomes do not represent money, financial assets, or prizes of real-world value.

Playing AceHand does not guarantee success in real-money gambling.

2. Eligibility

AceHand contains simulated gambling content and is not directed at children. You must comply with applicable local laws and the App Store age rating when using the app.

3. Virtual Chips

Virtual chips are provided exclusively for in-game entertainment. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred for real-world consideration, withdrawn, or redeemed for money, goods, or services.

Virtual chip balances may change as a result of gameplay, application updates, data loss, or technical errors.

Virtual chips do not constitute property or a financial entitlement against Sun Wave Consultant LLC.

4. Gameplay and Fair Use

You agree to use AceHand lawfully and not to exploit bugs, interfere with gameplay, manipulate multiplayer sessions, or disrupt other players.

We may modify gameplay mechanics, rules, or features to improve the application or address technical issues.

5. Game Center and Multiplayer

Multiplayer functionality uses Apple Game Center and may require a compatible device, internet connectivity, and Game Center sign-in.

Your use of Game Center is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.

Other participants may see your displayed Game Center player information and public gameplay information during multiplayer sessions.

Network interruptions, device limitations, or Game Center availability may affect multiplayer sessions and game outcomes.

6. Local Data and Game Records

AceHand stores certain preferences, recent game records, and diagnostic information locally on your device.

Deleting the app, resetting the device, or experiencing a technical failure may result in the loss of local game data.

7. Intellectual Property

AceHand, including its software, graphics, game design, and other original content, is owned by Sun Wave Consultant LLC or its respective licensors.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable Apple licensing requirements.

8. Availability and Updates

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of AceHand from time to time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AceHand is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sun Wave Consultant LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of AceHand.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
